Job summary

Bupa Heathbrook House Care Home in Bromsgrove is seeking a caring Bank Care Assistant to support residents with companionship and personal care while promoting independence and choice.

You'll work as part of a team, delivering person-centred care, recording changes, and helping with meals and activities. Flexible shifts, induction, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Desirable: Health and Social Care qualification or care home experience.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and report changes in residents' behaviour with care and document as required.
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration according to care plans.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
