Qualifications

• Desirable Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and document changes in residents' condition in line with legislation.
• Assist with nutrition and hydration according to care plans.
• Provide stimulation through social and recreational activities, group or individual.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
