Job summary

Bluebird Care is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to support customers in their own homes across the local community. You’ll join a team dedicated to high-quality, person-centred care, helping customers stay independent and safe at home.

We offer competitive pay (£13.20–£14.00 per hour), mileage allowance, travel time pay, enhanced holiday rates on bank holidays, and a monthly phone allowance. Flexible full-time and part-time hours, induction training, and ongoing career development support

Qualifications

• Provides personal care such as washing and dressing for customers.
• Assists with medication and daily living tasks as needed.
• Supports customers with cooking and light home duties.
