Cera is seeking a Care Assistant in Poole and surrounding areas to support clients recently discharged from hospital. You will provide personal care, mobility support, meals, and companionship to help clients recover at home, improving their quality of life.

Shifts include 7am-2pm and 3pm-10pm with a block hourly rate; part-time and full-time roles available. DBS check required; right to work in the UK confirmed. Company benefits listed apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support
• Wash and dress clients
• Assist with medications
• Cook or prepare hot meals
• Help with domestic tasks
