Alina Homecare is looking for caring individuals to join our Walton On Thames team as Care Assistants. You’ll provide companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to help clients stay independent at home. No prior experience required; full training is provided through the Alina Homecare Academy. We offer competitive pay, flexible hours and local mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including washing, dressing and toileting assistance.
• Supporting with medication prompts and administration.
• Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with eating and drinking.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client health or wellbeing.
