Job summary

Alina Homecare Esher is hiring a Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing. You will deliver compassionate personal care, companionship and practical support with daily tasks in the Esher area.

Full training is provided; no previous experience required. We offer flexible hours, a £500 joining bonus, and competitive pay up to £16.50/hour, with opportunities to develop your care career within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including washing, dressing and toileting assistance.
• Supporting with medication prompts and administration.

• Light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client health or wellbeing.
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
