Job summary

Alina Homecare is seeking a Care Assistant to deliver compassionate in-home care in Banbury and surrounding areas. You will provide companionship, personal care, medication reminders, and support with daily activities to help clients maintain independence and dignity.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided through the Alina Homecare Academy. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, with DBS checks and references as standard.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to prevent loneliness.
• Deliver personal care and hygiene support.

• Support mobility and getting around for clients.
