Job summary

Alina Homecare Bristol is seeking a Care Assistant to deliver award-winning in-home care in Patchway and surrounding areas. No previous experience is required as full training via the Alina Homecare Academy is provided, with a competitive hourly rate and a £500 joining bonus.

You will help with companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meals, and mobility, supporting clients to maintain independence and dignity in their own homes. Flexible, guaranteed hours are available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion and a positive attitude.
• A responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work.
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to prevent loneliness.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support with medication reminders and prescriptions collection.
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtimes.
• Assist with mobility and daily activities at clients' homes.
