Job summary

Delta Care Ltd is seeking dedicated care professionals to provide in-home support across Preston and surrounding areas. The role involves personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, and helping clients live safely and independently.

No formal qualifications are required as full paid training is provided, and drivers are needed to reach service users in their homes. Shifts include mornings, evenings, and every other weekend; permanent or temporary contracts available.

Responsibilities

• To read and follow the individualized care plan.
• To assist Service Users with getting in and out of bed.
• To provide assistance with washing/bathing and dressing.
• To prepare meals, drinks, and snacks, as and when necessary.
• To provide assistance with toileting and changing clothes, as and when necessary.
• To provide assistance with daily living tasks, including cleaning, shopping, and paying finances.
• To adhere by Delta Care Ltd Health and Safety policies.
