Job summary

Care Outlook LTD is hiring Care Assistants to provide in-home support in the Rustington area (BN16) on Abbotswood. Shifts run 07:00-15:00, 07:00-19:00, 15:00-22:00 or 22:00-07:00, with minimum 20 hours available and full or part-time options.

No experience required as training is provided and DBS costs are covered. Applicants should be caring, reliable, patient and compassionate, with flexibility to work in clients' own homes and be able to work every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.
• Authorised to work in the UK – WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.
