Job summary

Dale Care Ltd is seeking a Home Care Assistant to provide person-centred care to older adults across Durham, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool and Gateshead. You will support independence and daily living in clients’ homes, with structured shifts and guaranteed hours.

No previous experience is required as full training is provided; driving licence and own car are essential for travel between visits. The role offers paid training, DBS checks and opportunities for NVQ qualifications.

HOME CARE ASSISTANT – FLEXIBLE SHIFTS, GUARANTEED HOURS, NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Salary: £26,130 Pro Rata, plus mileage at £0.30 per hour.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Durham/Middlesbrough/Hartlepool/Gateshead helping them regain independence in their own homes.
