Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a compassionate Home Care Assistant in Hereford to support clients in their own homes, delivering daily living assistance and personal care with dignity and respect.

You will build trusting relationships, provide companionship, and help with medications as needed. No prior care experience is required, training is funded, and a flexible schedule is offered to fit around you.

Qualifications

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, compassionate , and genuinely passionate about helping others . You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll bring:

• A warm , caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive , professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence
