Right at Home Solent is a family-run homecare company with over 10 years’ experience. We are CQC Outstanding rated and support Clients across Fareham, Gosport and surrounding areas.
Morning, evening & split shifts available. We offer £14.80–£17.15 per hour plus 0.35p mileage, fully paid training, funded NVQ qualifications and clear career progression. No prior care experience required as full training is provided.

- Up to £17.15 weekends
- 35p per mile mileage
- 1-hour minimum visits – no rushed calls
- Regular Clients in your local area
- Fully paid training

Morning: 7am–1pm or 9am–3:30pm
Evening: 5pm–10pm
Split: 9am–1pm & 5pm–10pm
