Job summary

Margaret House is seeking a Care Assistant to provide personal care, companionship and support to residents in an Extra Care facility in the United Kingdom. You may assist with continence care, washing, dressing, medication, meal prep and light domestic tasks.

Shifts include 7am-2pm or 2pm-10pm with alternate weekends. Day rates start at £12.50 on weekdays and £12.75 on weekends; wake rates are £13.21, with DBS/PVG and other benefits provided.

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities may include personal care such as continence support, washing and dressing, managing medication, preparing meals, and carrying out light domestic tasks. Most importantly, you’ll provide companionship, reassurance and comfort to the people you support.

Pay & Shift Details

Day rates: £12.50 on weekdays and £12.75 on weekends.

Wake rates: £13.21 for both weekdays and weekends.

Our team at Margaret House is looking for new care staff to work a variety of shift patterns, including alternate weekends and 7am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts.
