Job summary

Cera Care is recruiting Care Assistants for Bentley Grange in Hailsham to support clients in their own homes. If you’re kind, sociable and passionate about making a difference, this could be the perfect role — no experience required. A DBS check and the right to work in the UK are required.

We’re recruiting Care Assistants at Bentley Grange in Hailsham, supporting clients in their own homes. If you’re kind, sociable, and passionate about making a difference, this could be the perfect role for you — no experience required.

Bentley Grange is an Extra Care facility, designed to support independent living in a safe and caring environment. Residents are free to come and go, with staff available to assist with daily needs.

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities may include personal care (such as continence support, washing, and dressing), medication management, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks. More importantly, you’ll provide companionship, reassurance, and a sense of comfort to those you support.

We are now recruiting Care staff to work a variety of shift patterns, including both full-time and part-time roles. Our core shift pattern is 7:00am – 2:00pm and 4:00pm – 10:00pm, with alternative weekends.
