Job summary

Care Relief Team Limited (CRT Ltd) seeks Female Home Care Assistants to support people in their own homes across Dronfield, Eckington, Killamarsh, Whittington and surrounding areas. A full UK driving licence is essential and a vehicle is preferred.

We offer flexible shifts, paid training and shadow shifts, DBS provided, fully funded NVQ qualifications from day one, guaranteed hours after probation and permanent contracts.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Own vehicle and business insurance preferred.
• Availability to work alternate weekends.
• Shifts between 7am–2pm and/or 3pm–10pm.
• Right to work in the UK; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care.
• Prepare meals and drinks.
• Help with shopping and errands.
• Complete light household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Promote independence and wellbeing.
• Support people to remain safely in their own homes.

Pay Rates:

• £14.02 per hour
• Up to £17.59 per hour (Bank Holidays)
• Plus 40p per mile mileage allowance
