SeeMeHired is seeking a Community Healthcare Assistant to deliver high-quality domiciliary and home care in clients' homes across the community. Duties include personal care, medication support, companionship, meal prep, dementia care and promoting independence. Travel between clients in the community is required.

The role is community-based with varied days. We offer flexible shifts: full-time, part-time, mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant or similar role welcomed but not essential.
• Right to work in the UK confirmed by the candidate.

Job description

As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality domiciliary care and home care support to clients within their own homes. Your role may include:

• Personal care
• Medication support
• Companionship
• Meal preparation
• Dementia support
• Assisting with daily living
• Promoting independence and well-being
• Travelling between clients in the community

This is a community-based role where no two days are the same.

Working Hours Flexible shifts available:

• Full-time
• Part-time
• Morning shifts
• Evening shifts
• Weekend availability

Typical care calls may begin from around 7 am. We will work with your availability where possible, but flexibility is essential for this role.

Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Carer, Community Carer, Domiciliary Care Worker or Support Practitioner is welcomed but not essential.,

Pay, Benefits and Working Conditions

Full & Part Time - Abicare Homecare £14.24 per hour + PAID travel time between care calls

This means you are not only paid for the time you spend providing care in a client's home - you are also paid for your working time travelling between care visits. Plus 35p per mile for drivers.
