Job summary

Prime Life are seeking passionate care professionals to join our friendly team as Care Assistants in Scunthorpe. Roles are available on a full or part-time basis at Phoenix Park Care Village, a warm community caring for 146 residents across three buildings.

We provide full training, a supportive Quality Matters team, and benefits including a fully funded DBS, comprehensive holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme worth up to £250 per successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature; patient and respectful attitude; willingness to learn and be trained.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with personal hygiene and choosing an outfit for the day.
• Supporting residents to dine at mealtimes and maintain good nutrition and hydration.
• Encouraging residents to mobilise safely with mobility aids and equipment.
• Providing friendship and companionship and accompanying residents on social outings or appointments.
• Maintaining accurate written records and completing documentation.
