Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support individuals at home. Your focus will be on compassionate care, patient listening, and delivering practical daily assistance with dignity.

You will receive training through the Cera Academy and have opportunities to develop core skills and pathways within the organisation, while contributing to meaningful improvements in clients’ daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Managing medications as required.
• Cooking or preparing hot meals and helping with domestic tasks.
• Providing companionship, reassurance and joy to those you care for.
