Job summary

Cera Care in Nottingham is seeking a Care Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-focused support to clients in their homes. Training is provided to develop core skills and grow professionally within the Cera Academy framework.

Your duties will include assisting with personal care, medication management, meal preparation and daily tasks, while delivering companionship and reassurance to clients who rely on you.

• Compassionate and patient with others, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (washing, dressing).
• Manage medications as trained.
• Cook or prepare hot meals and assist with domestic tasks.
