Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant in Birmingham to provide compassionate home care. Your role focuses on supporting clients with daily activities, personal care, and providing companionship to improve quality of life.

Training will be provided to develop essential skills and professional growth within our care team. We value empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others, with opportunities for on-going development through our academy and career pathways.

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
