Lovett Care is seeking aCare Assistantto join our amazing teams atCharlotte House, Wirral.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Health and Social Care Professional to work in partnership with our team to deliver quality care for a diverse group of residents.
Provide high-quality, person-centered care in line with best practices, policies, and regulations under the guidance of the General Manager. Support residents in maintaining their skills and personal interests while ensuring care is tailored to their individual needs. Stay up to date with training and development to maintain high quality standards of care. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Ensure residents are at the heart of care delivery, respecting their wishes and preferences.
  • Always maintain high care standards.
  • Safeguard the well-being of residents.
  • Build positive relationships with team members and management.
  • Supporting new team members settle into their roles.
  • Keep accurate records on the PCS system during care delivery.
  • Support residents with personal care, hygiene, and overall well-being.
  • Ensure residents’ aids and equipment (e.g., glasses, wheelchairs, dentures) are well-maintained.
  • Act quickly to address any health, safety, or well-being concerns.
  • Dispense medication following company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Uphold and demonstrate company values in daily work.
