Job summary

Aurem Care in Sevenoaks is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant (Days) to support residents at Westbank Care Home. You will provide personal care, social support and help create meaningful memories for residents within a warm, respectful team.

We offer flexible hours (22, 33 or 44 per week), day shifts from 8am to 8pm, £13.50 per hour, and benefits including life insurance, DBS assistance, meals, pension and training opportunities.

• Enthusiastic about providing care.
• Great compassion for supporting people.
• Experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.

What does the job role involve?

The Role Includes But Is Not Limited To

• Caring and supporting our amazing residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
• Providing personal care, social support and making impactful and heart warming memories.
• Ensuring the needs of our residents are met through the use of our electronic care platform “Nourish”
• Work within a committed team member
• Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice
• Any ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents.
