Job summary

Sanders Senior Living is seeking a Care Assistant for daytime shifts (8am–8pm) with every other weekend. You will join a dedicated team and help residents embrace life, promote independence, and provide compassionate support in a warm environment.

No prior experience is required; a positive, empathetic attitude and strong communication skills are valued. We offer induction, training, career progression, DBS clearance, and free on-site parking.

We do not require our Care Assistants to have experience although it is beneficial. We are seeking individuals whose empathy and warm-hearted approach stand out.
