Job summary

Runwood Homes in England is seeking a Care Assistant to join our friendly team, providing compassionate support to residents and helping them stay independent in a warm setting. Day and night shifts available, with 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am patterns.

No prior experience is required, as we value empathy, a can-do attitude and strong communication. You’ll receive comprehensive induction, training, and opportunities to progress within the company.

We do not require our Care Assistants to have experience although it is beneficial. We are seeking individuals whose empathy and warm-hearted approach stand out.
