Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents in maintaining dignity, independence and quality of life at our UK homes. You’ll provide high-quality personal care and emotional support, building trusting relationships with residents.

Join our caring team with full training, flexible contracts (22, 33 or 44 hours per week) and benefits including DBS checks, pension and more in a supportive environment. Day shifts available and on-site parking.

• Experience in care is beneficial but not essential; full training is provided.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.

• Supporting residents with their daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintaining accurate records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
• Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.
• Demonstrating kindness, compassion, and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Undertaking additional duties as required to ensure the smooth delivery of care services.

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are enthusiastic about providing outstanding care and support.

• Are organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
