Aurem Care is seeking a Care Assistant (Days) at South Haven Lodge, Woolston, Southampton, to support residents in maintaining dignity and independence. You will provide personal care, companionship, and assist with daily activities within a warm, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is beneficial but not essential; full training provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Building positive relationships and creating meaningful experiences for residents.
• Supporting residents with daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintaining accurate records using the Nourish electronic care planning system.
• Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.
• Demonstrating kindness, compassion, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
• Undertaking additional duties to ensure smooth delivery of care services.
