Job summary

Parklands Care Homes is seeking Day & Night Care Assistants for Innis Mhor Care Home in Tain, Scotland. Roles include supporting residents with dignity, personal care and daily activities in a person-centred environment.

This permanent, full-time and part-time position offers rotating day/night shifts with weekend work, and an hourly rate of £13.50–£14.50. Training will be provided to help you thrive within our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Support care, protection and wellbeing of residents with respect and dignity.
• Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower residents.
• Promote health and wellbeing and facilitate social, educational and recreational activities.
• Ensure health and safety, maintain stock and equipment, follow parkland policies.
