Springcare Ltd is seeking a Care Assistant to cover maternity leave in the UK. You will join our care team to support residents with daily living tasks and provide companionship, delivering compassionate and respectful care.

You will work day or night shifts on-site, with full and part-time options, access to our pension scheme and training, and opportunities for progression within the company. We value dignity, safety and high standards of care.

Care Assistant Cover for Maternity Leave.

Not only do our care team provide nursing care to our residents, they also help to make our residents lives fulfilled, treat each resident with dignity & respect, and care for them all as if they were their own family.

About the role:

Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:

• helping with washing and dressing
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
• finding out and knowing residents interests and needs.
• general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
• supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities.

Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

Typical Shift patterns for Day or Night Contracts

Days Shift Contracts

• 8am until 8pm
• 8am until 2pm
• 2pm until 8pm

Night Shift Contracts

• 8pm until 8am
