Job summary

Sugarman Health & Wellbeing Limited is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant in Hemel Hempstead to support adults with complex needs in a home/residential setting. This role offers hands-on clinical experience and learning opportunities with experienced nurses.

Shifts run 7-7, 3–4 shifts per week with weekly PAYE/Umbrella pay and holiday pay. Applicants must have at least 6 months care experience, right to work in the UK, enhanced DBS, and an up-to-date CV; the role is open to female

Qualifications

• Flexible - able to work weekdays and weekends.
• Minimum 6 months of professional care experience.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• Up-to-date CV with full work history.

Responsibilities

• Clinical tasks including tracheostomy and ventilator care.
• Peg feeding support as required.
• Spinal cord injury care and support.
• Personal and pressure area care.
• Supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing.
