Job summary

Harmony Healthcare in North West London is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to provide 1:1 in-home care, helping clients live safely, with dignity and independence. The role offers weekend day/night shifts and variable hours, with full training and supportive clinical team.

Job description

£15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Day/Night shifts available

At Harmony Healthcare, we believe exceptional care is delivered by exceptional people. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a range of clients in North West London. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own homes.

This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.

Clinical Requirements
  • Oxygen saturation monitoring
  • Suctioning
  • Airway management
  • Cough assist
  • Ventilation support
  • PEG/JEJ management
  • Epilepsy management
  • Moving and handling
  • Personal care
  • Medication support

Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

Shifts Available
  • Weekend day shifts
  • Weekend night shifts
  • 12-hour shift or shorter calls
  • Driver requirements if applicable
  • Regular pattern (e.g., every Saturday and Sunday)
What the Role Involves
  • Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
  • Supporting with community access and social activities
  • Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
  • Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
  • Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams

Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.

Compliance Requirements

All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, Right to Work verification and full CQC/Schedule 3-compliant onboarding.

Referral Bonus
  • £150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer
  • £250 for every Registered Nurse you refer
  • Paid once your referral completes 150 hours.
