We are currently seeking Care Assistants/Support Workers to join our team of Complex Caregivers in Millom and surrounding areas. (Driving license is essential for this role)

Salary and Benefits:

About the Role:

We seek individuals with at least 6 months experience as care assistants or relevant personal experience, who are passionate about supporting others, to join our Complex Care team.

The successful candidate will receive training from our in-house trainer and nursing team to provide high-quality care.

Key responsibilities include peg feed management, epilepsy care, personal care, manual handling, supporting all care needs, attending education, and assisting clients to access the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of care experience or relevant experience in support work, education, or care assistant roles.
• A strong desire to support others and positively impact lives.
• Must be 18 or older and willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
