Care Concern Group invites applications for a Care Assistant at our Watford House Care Home. You will support residents with daily living tasks, ensuring dignity, independence and wellbeing in a compassionate, person-centred manner.

We offer full and part-time hours, paid DBS checks, a uniform, and 5.6 weeks of annual leave for full-time staff. The role requires weekend work on an alternating schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition to maintain safe, responsive care.
• Create a warm, positive environment where residents feel cared for and respected.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to support your journey.
