Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for Lauren Court Care Home in Blacon, Chester. You will support residents with daily living activities, personal care, mobility and nutrition, while helping maintain dignity and wellbeing.

Full training and ongoing development are provided. Benefits include DBS paid, uniform, meals during shifts, and access to wellbeing and progression opportunities within the group.

Job description

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
