Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and companionship, helping them enjoy each day to the fullest in our welcoming care home.

You will follow individual care plans, promote dignity and independence, and work as part of a compassionate team to deliver high-quality care. Training and development are provided to help you succeed.
