Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a kind and compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in daily living, provide companionship, and contribute to personal wellbeing within a welcoming care home. You’ll work closely with residents to ensure comfort, safety and dignity throughout the day.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at Barchester, you'll play a vital role in helping our residents enjoy each day to the fullest. Providing both practical support and meaningful companionship, you'll make a genuine difference to the lives of the people you care for.
