Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, meals, mobility, and social activities, following care plans and ensuring comfort and dignity at all times.

You will join a friendly, professional team in a welcoming care home. Full training is provided, with ongoing development opportunities to grow your career in adult care and make a meaningful difference every day.

The working pattern for this role includes working 12 hour shifts and rotational weekends.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
