Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant in a setting that values dignity and comfort for residents. You will support daily living, assist with meals, and provide companionship to residents, helping them stay engaged and safe throughout each shift.

Shifts are 12 hours long with a 7am–7pm pattern and rotational weekends. A 24–48 hour contract is available, with comprehensive training provided to enable success and personal growth within a warm, supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of caring for older people.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach.
• Empathy and warm-hearted care to residents.

The working hours for this role is 7am to 7pm with rotational weekends - we can offer 24 - 48 hour contract but all shifts are 12 hour shifts

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
