Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents in our care home. You will help with daily living, provide companionship, and follow care plans to ensure comfort and safety. Training will be provided to help you thrive in a fulfilling, compassionate environment.

Role involves a mix of day and night shifts with weekend rotation based on home needs, offering an engaging and varied day-to-day experience in resident care.

This role will be working a mixture of days and nights with rotational weekends depending on the need in the home.

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
