Job summary

Barchester is hiring a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and personal care in a warm, compassionate environment. You will build meaningful relationships, follow care plans, and promote wellbeing while fostering independence and dignity for each resident.

We are looking for kind, reliable individuals with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to residents and their families. Training and development are provided.
