About the role: As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by providing quality care and support. Your duties include assisting with daily living activities, supporting residents with their food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring each resident has one-on-one time. Current shifts available: 5am to 8am and 8pm to 11pm, Monday to Sunday.
To join us as a Care Assistant, you should have some experience caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, and you should have the compassion necessary to deliver the highest standard of care. We will provide all the training you need to succeed.
