We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference in the quality of life for our clients to join our team at Home Instead - Godalming & Pulborough as a Live In Care Assistant. In this role, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them maintain independence in their own home.
Requirements: No specific experience or qualifications are necessary. However, experience in a care setting or interacting with older people, such as caring for a family member or voluntary work, is beneficial. You should have a passion for supporting others, pride in delivering outstanding service, and qualities like reliability, trustworthiness, and respect. Enjoying building professional friendships and being comfortable spending time with others are important traits.
As a Live In Care Assistant, you will be provided with three meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay, and access to a TV and WiFi. We also offer comprehensive training and ongoing support.
