Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant for a role in their Brentwood home. You’ll help residents with daily living, assist with meals, and follow care plans to promote comfort and dignity.

You’ll provide companionship and meaningful moments, tailoring support to individual needs while working as part of a compassionate team. Full training is provided, and a supportive environment helps you develop your career in elder care.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. It's a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment.
