Job summary

Barchester Care Home is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, provide companionship and ensure they receive quality care. You will work as part of a team, follow care plans, and help residents with meals and activities, bringing warmth and empathy to every interaction.

The role focuses on person-centred care, with training provided to thrive in a rewarding environment and opportunities to develop your career within the organisation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. It's a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment.
