Job summary

Barchester care home in Northallerton is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and companionship. You’ll help with feeding, mobility, and personal care while ensuring dignity and respect at all times.

You will follow individual care plans, provide meaningful one-to-one time, and support residents with meals, hydration, and activities to promote wellbeing. Training will be provided to develop your skills and confidence.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
