Job summary

Barchester Care Home is hiring a Care Assistant on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. You will help residents with daily living and provide companionship, with day or night shifts on a rotational weekend pattern.

This role demands empathy, patience and strong teamwork in a warm, supportive environment. We offer training and ongoing development, plus a rewards package that reflects the care sector.

This role is a FTC covering maternity leave - this role will include working rotational weekends and 12 hour shifts on days or nights.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
