Job summary

Hartwig Care in London is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to support clients in their homes across Camden and surrounding areas. This permanent full-time role offers guaranteed hours, full paid training, and a supportive management team.

Shift patterns include Monday to Friday, 8am–8pm, with weekend hours available. We welcome both experienced and new carers who want to help people live independently and with dignity.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to complete full training.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily life activities, including meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support.
• Assist clients with personal care.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients on outings.
• Encourage clients to participate in the planning and provision of their care.
• Record and report daily visit information accurately.

What You’ll Do

• Supporting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Providing companionship and accompanying clients on outings
• Encouraging clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
