Perfect Care Ltd is hiring Care Assistants to support clients living independently at home in Gateshead and surrounding areas. The role offers guaranteed hours and permanent contracts for both full-time and part-time positions, with full paid training and a friendly management team.

Applicants should have a caring, patient approach, strong communication skills, a valid UK driving licence with car, and business insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance.
• Care experience welcome but full training provided.
• Open to both experienced and brand-new carers.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living activities (meal prep, medication prompts, domestic tasks).
• Assist clients with personal care and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients on outings.
• Encourage client involvement in planning and delivering care.
• Record and report daily visit information accurately.

What You’ll Do

• Supporting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Providing companionship and accompanying clients on outings
• Encouraging clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately

Who We’re Looking For

• Kind, caring and compassionate individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential
• Availability to workalternate weekends
• Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship).
• Experienced & non-experienced carers – everyone is welcome as we provide full training!
