Job summary

Essex Cares Ltd in Bognor Regis is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to provide reablement community care for clients recently discharged from hospital. This permanent, full-time role is field-based, with an hourly rate of £14.75–£16.75.

You will help clients regain independence at home, supporting with personal care, mobility and daily living tasks in a compassionate home-care setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing reablement community care to customers who have just come out of hospital and helping them regain independence.
• Assist clients to relearn daily living skills, including personal care, mobility and meal preparation.
