Responsibilities

• Provide best possible care and support to residents nightly.
• Assist with personal care, meals, and daily social interaction.
• Maintain residents' records and report changes to a supervisor.
• Respect confidentiality of residents' information at all times.
• Make beds, tidy rooms, and assist with light cleaning to keep the home welcoming.
• Be an active member of the care team and support new staff as needed.
• Undertake other tasks as directed by the General Manager.
